Role description 
PACIDA invites applications for the position of IT Officer (Volunteer) to support IT systems, user support, and digital operations across offices. This role supports continuity of systems while strengthening internal IT documentation and support processes. 

Key Support Areas 
IT Support & Systems  
• Provide basic IT user support under supervision 
• Assist with systems maintenance and updates 
• Support user access management and documentation  

Data & Digital Support  
• Assist with data backup and organisation 
• Support troubleshooting and documentation of IT issues 
• Assist with digital file management and system clean-up 

Eligibility criteria 
This opportunity is open to PACIDA staff who have successfully completed probation and have a satisfactory performance record. 

Essential 
• Academic background or practical experience in development, project management, or related field •  Availability for the full volunteership period 
• Willingness to work under staff supervision and within PACIDA systems 

Duration & Modality 
Duration: Three (3) months 
Modality: Hybrid / Field-based (depending on assignment).

This is a volunteer engagement and does not constitute employment with PACIDA. Volunteers will work under the supervision of designated staff and will not hold supervisory, managerial, or signatory authority.
